Q: How long is a 1-day rental?

   A: E-bikes are delivered by 8:00am and picked up from the same location at 5:00pm.

Q: What type of e-bikes are they?

    A: Aventon Sinch.2. See our HOME page for more details.

Q: How long do the batteries last?

   A: Up to 45 miles. Terrain, rider weight, wind, throttle usage, all play a part            in how long the batteries last. Pure old fashioned leg power always                  works.

Q: Where are some good places to ride?

    A: Our EXPLORE page is full of links and maps. The two longest                             designated bike trails are the Great Sauk State Trail and the 400-State           Trail.

Q: Can I rent your e-bikes for my kids?

    A: We love getting families together. Unfortunately we no longer rent our e-bikes to minors.  

Q: What height and weight can your e-bikes handle?

      A: Minimum height of 5ft, maximum weight of 300lbs.

Q: Are helmets included?

     A: Yes helmets and locks are included with each rental.

Q: Are trail passes needed?

    A: Riders are responsible to purchase their own trail passes for                             designated bike trails. Follow the link on our EXPLORE page to purchase digitally. 

Q: Do you offer hourly rates?

      A: No

Q: Where are you located? Can we stop in and pick e-bikes up?

     ​A: We are a drop off only service, we do not have a store location.
